We’ve had Top Level come every other week for months and it has made our weekends feel like ours again. They’re kind to our very enthusiastic dog, never rush through the kitchen, and somehow always catch the dog hair I missed.

I booked a deep clean before my parents came to stay, mostly because I had let the bathrooms get away from me. The team asked what was bothering me first, which I appreciated. They let us know when supplies are getting low instead of waiting for a problem. One of the cleaners even pointed out a scuff near the main entrance so we could deal with it before it became a bigger issue. They are thorough without making a production of it, and polite with everyone in the building. I don’t have to check behind them, which is exactly what I wanted from a cleaning partner.
